Pastor Alan McCann

Alan is married to Stephanie and together they have five children. Alan accepted the call to become the Senior Pastor of Markethill Elim in November 2022 having previously served as an Assistant Pastor in Banbridge.

A graduate of Gloucestershire, Durham and Cumbria universities, Alan is passionate about theology and research relating to Pentecostal Hermeneutics. He is currently a member of the European Pentecostal Theological Association and is undertaking additional research at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Biblical Interpretation with a specific focus on the divine healing narratives in the Gospel of Mark.
